What we do.

We aim to end world loneliness through multidisciplinary education and storytelling. New Umbrella survives on the volunteer workforce of professional artists who donate their time to make meaningful work.

Our Projects

  • College Admissions

    We partner with college admissions firms worldwide to sponsor students on their journey to higher education.

  • K-12 Education

    We partner with a US- and Puerto Rico-based educational consultancy to sponsor K-12 students in need of academic or executive function tutoring, ensuring they receive a high-quality education regardless of their ability to pay.

  • Financial Literacy for Teens

    We developed a dynamic financial literacy curriculum tailored for teens, empowering them with essential money management skills and practical knowledge for a secure future.

  • Musical Arts

    We encourage the discovery and appreciation of the musical arts by subsidizing a cappella programs in Dorado, Puerto Rico, for students aged 7 to 16.

  • Theatre

    We subsidize improv classes in Dorado, Puerto Rico, for students aged 7 to 16, inspiring creativity, building confidence, and fostering collaboration through play and storytelling.

  • Story For Life

    Story For Life bridges generations by pairing young aspiring writers with senior citizens to transform personal memories into powerful monologues, brought to life by professional actors.

  • Film

    We are wrapping a series of films and shorts that look at humanity, where we stand now, and where we would like to go.

  • WOMANIFESTO

    WOMANIFESTO is a powerful literary collage that weaves together feminist voices from the 18th century to today, celebrating the progress of women's rights while challenging us to consider how far we still have to go.
